We engaged Sycamore Construction, to take on a 40m2 extension project, including part refurb of our existing house.
Once we had a clear agreement on the scope of the project (particularly helped by their carefully constructed cost breakdown), the Sycamore team started exactly when promised. Throughout the build, they showcased both attention to detail, and excellent problem solving ability. As we were living in the property during the construction with two small children, the Sycamore team became part of the furniture, polite, friendly and helpful throughout. In addition, the team were punctual, and were in regular communication throughout the works, providing “lookaheads” for the coming weeks, ensuring seamless transition to “moving in”. The work was executed on time, on budget, and to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Sycamore Construction and we are delighted with the end result.
