Extend Your Living Space

We were delighted to help our client transform her first home. Such a difference even a small extension can make to the way you use a space. Being a terraced house our advice was to complete the landscaping simultaneously with building works due to restricted access. The ground was soggy due to poor drainage but look at it now! Grey Indian sandstone from Millbrook Paving, a discreet new shed, simple but effective fencing and of course some “grass”. The best feature though is the seamless floor transition, inside to out.
Most importantly the extension for improved living and dining space looks terrific and works hard. Complete with aluminium 4-part powder-coated grey centre sliders by Munster. For space saving we’ve included our signature pocket door at the hall and for light the 2 large low pitch Velux are impressive. While upstairs we did a shower room renovation and built-in bedroom storage solutions.
The turnkey finish inluded: replacing the ceilings, laying laminate flooring & carpets by Matt Britton, a WC renovation under the stairs plus Stira access & flooring to the attic. Not forgetting a gorgeous paint job by Superior Decor.
