Lucky to be able to build on the rear site of their family home, we’ve helped them realise a long-held dream. It comes in the form of an A3 rated 150m2 bungalow in an established, leafy setting.
As with any new build, access, services and excavation are the place to start. We worked with the relevant professionals to ensure the site placement, conduct ground assessment and adhere to planning conditions.
Once out of the ground, things really moved along. Well-insulated, draft-sealed block walls and a cut roof. Glazing by Munster including a 4 section, alu-clad lift & slide door, all with triple glazing. Underfloor heating has been laid throughout, distributing heat from the air to water system.
The kitchen and bathroom fitouts, storage and flooring were undertaken by the owners and the finished product is warm, inviting and of a high standard. We wish them comfort and happiness in their new home.

Energy Efficiency:
– Air to water heat pumps extract their heat energy from the outside air in order to heat your home.
– Air tightness testing is undertaken to comply with regulations to meet the A3 rating.
