This 70’s bungalow has been brought bang up-to-date with a total renovation and energy upgrade. The footprint of the house was already ample so no extension nor major structural alteration was necessary. Our clients focused on insulation throughout, new heating system, electrical upgrade, remodelled bathrooms featuring bespoke cabinetry, storage solutions and all the important finishes… And of course a beautiful new kitchen. It is bright and high spec with the main focus being to maximise it’s aspect to the rear garden and the mature trees.

The glazing was fully replaced and upgraded throughout the house while adding 2 large Velux roof windows to the dining area has really brought light and drama to the open plan kitchen. Our signature pocket doors allow separation as required between the cosy living room and open kitchen/diner.
